How do I place an order?

Visit CostcoDVD.com and click the Start My Order button in the top right hand corner.
Select the media you would like to preserve.
Complete the order form and proceed to checkout.
If needed, sign in to your Costco Home Video and Photo Transfer account.
Complete your Shipping and Billing information, and click “Place My Order”.
Print your Shipping Documents.
Pack your order according to our Shipping Instructions .
Visit your local UPS Store to drop off your shipment.
